We take care of communication to all attendees with our easy-to-use registration system. Everything from allergies and room assignments to seating plans and schedules can be managed and communicated through the participant app, making the event run smoothly.
Bus transfers
Do you need help with transportation? We work with the best and most reliable bus companies in Denmark. And if you want to make your transportation time more enjoyable with food and entertainment along the way, we have plenty of options.
Live music. DJs and entertainment
We deliver everything from relaxed lounge jazz for the welcome and mingle environment – to party bangers that get people out on the dance floor.
Whether it’s live from the big stages or with DJs behind the desk, we only work with the best people in the business.

An event means experiences – and that’s our specialty! We can build an active experience universe with teambuilding, mingle activities or party entertainment etc. Participants can enjoy themselves and build relationships, and we can also customize activities to include your brand or message in the experience. Our consulting department, Humanic Consult, can also provide speakers and team workshops for a professional company day if you need inspiring input on team development, biohacking in the workplace or understanding differences in the organization.

Mingle activities
ATTENTION! Our Mingle Games can only be purchased for corporate events organized through Humanic Group.
We set up a range of activities that guests can join and leave depending on their mood and temperament. Some choose to watch with a glass in hand and enjoy the scenario – while others jump straight into the activities and betting.
The activities can be set up with or without an instructor to control the game.
Our Mingle Games are suitable for display before and after dinner or throughout the day at, for example, a festival.
Please note that our mingle games are only set up in connection with corporate events booked through us.
If you have already organized the party, we can recommend our team building activities or Dinner Games, which we are happy to drive out with.
In addition to our team building programs, Humanic Group offers a range of fun and entertaining activities for your party. We have party entertainment for the big gathering company dinners or company parties – we call them Dinner Games.
We also set up and build activity and game areas with party games, which consist of cozy lounges where we set the stage for fun and games with sun loungers, pavilions and lots of games such as table football, cornhole, nails in a block and many other known and unknown games that give that extra boost and high spirits to either the company party or conference.
