More and more research is being conducted in this area, and our own “4 minutes a day” project is an example of how little movement and activities are needed to really boost the positive results for both physical, mental – and social – well-being in a company!
The “4 minutes a day” project ran over 12 weeks in 2 large companies where we instructed employees in 4 minutes of physical activity every day (weekdays).
Employees’ health status and well-being on physiological, psychological and relational/social parameters were measured before and after the program – and the results surprised both employees and researchers. Positive.
That’s why “Active Workplace – 4 minutes a day” is now a permanent concept in our portfolio and a concept we are immensely proud of.
