All team building activities in Team Spirit are designed to stage typical challenges and issues in an organization – in a fun, dynamic and entertaining way. This means that all teams must balance their own benefits by focusing on themselves versus the common good across teams. We show how silos are created by team ambitions (which is healthy) but also how they can be broken down so that everyone can pull together across teams. That’s why the team activities at Team Spirit are often used in connection with our workshops and lectures in team development and leadership development.
Team spirit, collaboration and knowledge sharing across
Team Spirit is the activity concept for those who want a variety of versatile and challenging team building activities – where you compete against each other in a classic team battle, but where the joint effort, cooperation and knowledge sharing across the team also come into play to achieve success as a group. In teams of 6-8 people, you will have to perform in the various team competitions. But it will also be necessary for all teams to work together to strengthen each other’s position towards the final.
Collaboration, communication and common goals in focus
You compete in a series of versatile and challenging team building exercises. All of them require you to focus on communication, role distribution and team agreements to get the most out of your efforts. At Team Spirit, it’s the teams that are best at communicating with each other and creating a solid game plan – where everyone knows and understands their role – that perform best.

Just like in the workplace, teams should focus on solving the challenges as best they can within their own “department”. But ultimate success also depends on how well you collaborate and share knowledge with the other teams during the process.
