An Insights personality profile gives employees a unique insight into themselves and their behavioral preferences – it’s an extremely powerful tool for both self-development and team development.

4 basic colors – 72 personas
The very detailed report that results from the personality type test places the employee in a wheel based on the color composition based on their preferences and “color energies”, which in turn – depending on strength – can place them in the personality type wheel consisting of 72 archetypes.
Here, the employee gains a number of insights into themselves but also into their opposites on the wheel. This means that the Insights report can be used effectively as a team development tool.
