Varied company training where EVERYONE can participate
We make a virtue of varied, fun and effective workouts. And we customize the training so that both the highly trained exerciser and the beginner are challenged at the right level. We train a lot with bodyweight and HIIT exercises, so it’s primarily the individual’s own body and physical level that determines the intensity. Therefore, everyone, regardless of level, can participate in the training.
Corporate training can also be arranged as team building, so if you need an active and exhilarating day with a focus on health, get in touch with us. We can organize sports days, fun runs and Olympic games.
Researchers and business organizations recommend exercise in the workplace
There is broad evidence that exercise in the workplace is a good investment for the company. In 2023, the Danish Health Authority changed the recommendations for exercise for 18-64 year olds – i.e. those of us in the labor market – and research supports this. Among other things, we should exercise with a moderately high heart rate min. 30 minutes every day – as well as strength training with body weight or heavy weights min. 2 times a week. In addition, the Danish Chamber of Commerce has just conducted a study that shows that job satisfaction and well-being among employees increases significantly with exercise in the workplace. Read the study here: Danes want exercise in the workplace.
Outdoor or indoor corporate training
It’s your setting and needs that determine the type of training. We have extensive experience of using the local area for outdoor corporate training. So forget about fitness machines and heavy weights. In our outdoor training, we work functionally with few tools and primarily with our own body weight. We incorporate nature and the elements found in the area such as benches, stairs and lampposts. In other words, we transform the outdoor space into a personal training room – and it changes from session to session.
If you have the space and think the weather is just unstable enough, we can easily do the training sessions indoors in your company. A meeting room or common area is fine. We’ll do some great training sessions.
Office exercises as company exercise
Is team training just ambitious enough? Then we have great success in implementing office exercise in Danish workplaces – both where we physically show up on site and do the exercises with you – and online training where we teach you live.
We train your Health Ambassadors
It’s clear that Humanic’s instructors can’t stay with you forever. That’s why we offer courses and workshops where we train your enthusiasts to handle the exercise initiatives on their own.
Corporate training as Bootcamp
For extra motivation and intensive training, you can choose our Bootcamp. This is an 8 or 12 week program with health checks before and after the program. It is highly motivating as the specific measurements from the health profile give the participant a concrete goal – and the duration of a few weeks is manageable.
A bootcamp is motivating and focused and strengthens the sense of community as everyone supports each other and works towards individual health goals.
Free membership in FamFit
We offer all employees free membership of Humanic’s sister concept famfit.dk. This means that as long as we have a program with your workplace, your employees can join Denmark’s largest outdoor training concept for free. This gives you the opportunity to become part of a training community with even more group training sessions, exercise trips and much more.
