When it all started, the focus was on team building and physical activities – and over time, Humanic Group has developed into a holistic partner within employee well-being, employee health and employee development.

HUMANIC EVENTS – Strengthening social relationships with team building, employee events and company parties.
HUMANIC MOVEMENT – Promotes company health through workplace exercise classes, health checks and health workshops.
HUMANIC CONSULT – develops employees and teams through team workshops, personality profiles and team development courses.

Our basic attitude is that learning is best anchored through activities, exercises and play. Therefore, there is movement and activity in everything we do. Even a lecture will get the participant out of their chair at certain moments so that the learning points can be experienced physically and the new insights can be played with. At the same time, that extra something happens between people when we move together We bond and experience ourselves and our surroundings in a more curious and open way. And that’s exactly how we shift our assumptions and make room for new insights.
