In small teams, you will be provided with all the tools and ingredients, and during the process there will be challenges and taste experiences where you can win extra benefits in the Masterchefs competition.
Our Masterchefs concept is a cooked team building dish of gastronomy, cooking skills, collaboration and communication.
And with a gentle tablespoon of pure hygge and socializing!
Masterchefs Gastro Teambuilding is a fun and cozy cooking teambuilding course where you create the best, most beautiful and tasty dishes together.
Dishes must be prepared under the pressure of tight deadlines and extra challenges that arise along the way.
When time runs out, the kitchen team must present the dishes to the panel of judges who are ready to judge the starter, main course and dessert.

We have the venue and set-up ready for your cooking event at our own address at Trifolium in Copenhagen’s Sydhavn. There is plenty of parking and it is within walking distance to the Metro station.

But if you don’t have the opportunity to come to us, we’re happy to drive out and set up at your location. All we need to do is discuss the setting and location so we can create the optimal cooking event where you are.

Why cooking as team building?

When a team has to act as a kitchen team and both put together and create a three-course menu, all aspects of teamwork, communication and understanding of roles and agreements come to the fore. That’s why a chef battle or a gastro teambuilding event is so effective – and at the same time fun and involving for everyone.
At the same time, it’s about taste, aesthetics, presentation and creativity – but first and foremost, Masterchefs is a cozy event where teambuilding can be completed with a glass of wine in hand, and with time for a nice small talk over the cooking or at the grill. This is where the social glue and relationships are really strengthened.

However, the goal is clear! The 3-course gourmet menu is served before time runs out. But how accurately can you hit the “Master Chef’s” signature dish?
Does the dessert live up to the demands of the sublime dessert? The main course will be the team’s big challenge, and everyone must do their best to deliver a worthy product.

Fun, team games and long table dinner

The focus is on collaboration, lots of good food, wine and strong community.
And when the competition is over, you all sit down together and enjoy the amazing food, wine and each other’s creations with a nice long table dinner.

Our Cooking teambuilding program is ideal as a combination of colleague bonding and dinner in one, or you can stay at our location and have your company party afterwards.

Cooking in nature

Do you want to be challenged in gastronomic teambuilding and experience nature at the same time? Then you can try our Wildlife Cooking, where you cook over an open fire and under the open sky. We have access to great nature locations in most parts of the country – and can also come to you.

In addition, our Gastro Teambuilding concepts are ideal as a team activity combined with our team development workshops and if you work with person type profiles either within Insights Discovery or Everything DiSC, we can tailor the gastro teambuilding to create a common thread with scenarios that are relevant to your person type preferences and behavior.
