THEME PARTY: STUDIO 54 CHRISTMAS PARTY
We transformed Copenhagen Distillery into a psychedelic universe based on the iconic and fabled Studio54.
This venue was ideal for creating the raw New York vibe of the 70s and the entire space was created in line with the disco style
and extravagant party lifestyle of the time. The whole universe was in black, gold and stars – lava lamps and vinyl LPs were part of the table setting for the lavish dinner.
With music quizzes and disco entertainment, we set the mood during dinner – before the bands and DJs took over and we let the party go wild!

STRATEGY CHALLENGE
The customer had launched a new strategy for the company and wanted to involve the 450 employees in an active and inclusive day where the strategy got “under the skin” and closer to the individual, while the goal was for everyone to get to know new colleagues on a deeper level.
We created the strategy challenge as a course where physical and digital tasks were mixed in a team game.
The participants were divided into teams of about 7 people and had to use their cell phones to track down and answer the many digital posts placed in the area. At the same time, there were physical teambuilding challenges where the teams competed against each other in exercises and knowledge about the company. Both professional and social knowledge came into play – including “strategy topics” and “who is who” came into play. The company’s entire identity and narrative came to the fore on this day, giving participants across departments – and nationalities – a sense of being part of something special.
