A Company Day – also called an employee day, staff day or team day – is a day when the whole company comes together around shared direction and community. It typically combines a professional programme with strategy and talks, activities across departments and a social finish with dinner and a party.
A strategy day or offsite follows the same structure with more focus on strategy and leadership. What they have in common: when the content builds on your own story, the day becomes an investment – not just a break.

How far in advance should we book?
The most popular venues are typically booked 6–9 months in advance. But we have many good options up our sleeve – also at shorter notice. Ask us, and we will find a solution.
