The Company Challenge is an active and fun team hunt for points, team challenges and team competitions – in parallel with an active insight and involvement in the company’s own topics and themes.
The focus of the many competitions and challenges is creativity, brainstorming, communication and collaboration – and all activities are diverse so that all talents and personality types on the team can come into their own and influence the processes.
In the time available, it’s all about the teams catching up on as many challenges and points as possible. But it’s also about being in the right place and time for the mandatory team challenges, which are defined with strict deadlines in the teams’ team guides.
The challenges are marked both on a virtual map that teams navigate on their phones – as well as a physical map with deadlines and meeting times for the “mandatory challenges”.
Physical team activities combined with a virtual hunt for team points
Company Challenge as team building is a unique concept tailored for large groups. You get an active team day where you both meet in physical team challenges, team against team, as well as a dynamic treasure hunt for points where challenges are found and tracked down virtually with your phones as an interactive guide in the local area.
The teambuilding game in a nutshell
In the Company Challenge, you get to try out a very varied universe of team challenges and tasks that are spread out in and/or around your location.
Each team has a physical map and specific deadlines where they must meet for the aforementioned mandatory team-versus-team challenges – and teams also have their virtual map on their phone with the location of other challenges in the area.
How to get your business in the game
In addition to the physical team competitions where teams meet face to face in a variety of teambuilding exercises, there are a number of items and challenges in the area to find and complete.
These items are both physical and virtual and can be found on the phone card – the items with your logo are the mandatory ones and contain questions related to your company. This could be from the morning’s seminar or anything else that involves YOUR identity and desired topics.
