How office exercise works with Humanic Group

Our office training is arranged so that you don’t have to leave your seats to participate. The office exercises are guided by our trainers and the programs are designed to give you the greatest possible effect without having to change clothes or being disturbed unnecessarily. And it works! Our scientific project “4 minutes a day” proves it.

We typically start by loosening up a little before the actual training and then round things off calmly. So we typically “take” 10 minutes of the employee’s time in total per office training session.
We can promise that this is a really good investment.

Whether it’s at your office or we run the training live virtually, you can decide.

Office exercise – physically at your location or virtually live.

With on-site training, our instructor will come to your workplace up to 5 times a week and spend approximately 10 minutes of the employee’s time per training session. This means no wasted time – but plenty of renewed energy and a healthier working day – both physically and mentally.

When physically present, the trainer walks around from department to department – or whatever else has been agreed and thereby reaches approx. 5 “teams” per hour.
We are happy to stay with you for several hours if there are many colleagues to reach. We agree on this on an ongoing basis.

For online office training, we typically broadcast live and all employees have a link to the training session. Online training sessions typically last 10-15 minutes including warm-up and wrap-up, but can be arranged in advance.

Online office exercise has the advantage that everyone can participate simultaneously, regardless of whether they work from home or in different departments. Exercising – and laughing – with your colleagues for a few minutes every day strengthens the sense of community and belonging.

The scientific project “4 minutes a day”.

Our office exercise program is based on a scientific project we did with 2 major companies in collaboration with the University of Copenhagen.
The project was dubbed “4 minutes a day” and around 1000 employees participated during the 12 weeks the project ran.

In short, the trial aimed to measure the physical, mental and social effects of an instructor-led office exercise session of just 4 minutes every day for a period of 12 weeks.
The positive results were remarkable. Both physically, mentally and socially, “Project 4 minutes a day” showed a significant positive change in employees’ well-being and energy – both physically, mentally and socially.

The project later became our permanent “office exercise concept” and we are proud to say that the “pilot companies” involved are still practicing office exercise today. Because it works!

At the same time, you get an introduction to exercises and initiatives that can easily and quickly make your workplace a healthier and happier place to be. The lecture is based on the project “4 minutes a day”.
