Team Identity is for those who need to rally around the pride and values of your identity. You may be in the early stages of team collaboration, or perhaps you’ve undergone changes that mean your shared identity and group self-awareness is still unclear. <\/p>\n

The Team Identity workshop focuses on creating a solid common foundation with your core values and unifying narrative.<\/p>\n

You’ll find that special shared DNA that makes your team stand out from all the others and where you feel part of something special – Team DNA must be found and cultivated.<\/p>\n

Pride and Vulnerability<\/h4>\n

The pride of being part of the culture must first be nurtured and then cultivated. Often the focus will be on results and \u201cwinning mentality\u201d but the strongest team cultures also have room for vulnerability, the courage to make mistakes and the strength to be honest about them.[\/vc_column_text]

When Ego meets Community<\/h4>\n

One of the most important balances in creating a true team culture and sense of identity is understanding that egos – even big ones – have an impact on the sense of community. How to tip the balance varies greatly from culture to culture, but a healthy company and a strong business must be built on both ego-drive and a winning mentality – but not at the expense of the \u201ccommon good\u201d. <\/p>\n

Every coach and trainer of elite sports teams has worked with this balance – and understands the importance. We use many of the tools of sports psychology in working towards a strong team identity.[\/vc_column_text]

Internal Branding and Dream Visions<\/h4>\n

In the workshop, you will work on your \u201cinternal branding strategy\u201d and your \u201cdream vision\u201d – and you will explore each other’s worldviews, motivators and drivers. And you’ll learn more about yourself in the process. <\/p>\n

The goal of the workshop is to create a strong Team Identity and clear ownership of your mission and community.<\/p>\n

Practical team activities coupled with theory<\/h4>\n

The workshop will alternate between theory, group discussions and group presentations – and one with practical team building exercises to support the theories.<\/p>\n
