THEME PARTY<\/a>: STUDIO 54 CHRISTMAS PARTY<\/h3>\n

We transformed Copenhagen Distillery<\/a> into a psychedelic universe based on the iconic and fabled Studio54.<\/p>\n

This venue was ideal for recreating the raw New York vibe of the \u201970s, and the entire space was designed in line with the disco trends of the era\u2014
\n, and an extravagant party lifestyle. The entire setting was in black, gold, and stars\u2014lava lamps and vinyl LPs were part of the table settings for the lavish gala dinner.
\nWith an interactive music quiz and disco entertainment, we set the mood during dinner\u2014before the band and DJs took over and we really let the party get going! <\/p>\n

TEAMBUILDING<\/a>:
\nSTRATEGY CHALLENGE<\/h3>\n

The client had launched a new strategy for the company and wanted to involve its 450 employees in an active and inclusive day where the strategy would \u201csink in\u201d and resonate more deeply with each individual, while also allowing everyone to get to know their new colleagues on a deeper level. We created a strategy challenge as a series of activities that blended physical and digital tasks into a team game.
\nParticipants were divided into teams of about 7 people and had to use their cell phones to locate and answer the many digital clues placed throughout the area. At the same time, there were physical team-building challenges where the teams competed against each other in exercises and tests of their knowledge about the company. Both professional and social knowledge came into play\u2014including \u201cstrategy topics\u201d and \u201cwho\u2019s who.\u201d The company\u2019s entire identity and narrative came to life that day, giving participants across departments\u2014and nationalities\u2014a sense of being part of something special. <\/p>\n

HEALTH EVENT<\/a>:
\nHEALTH CAMP<\/h3>\n

Plesner Law Firm places a strong emphasis on workplace wellness, and as part of our annual employee day, we organized the Plesner Healthcamp in B\u00e5stad, Sweden. The day was structured so that the approximately 400 employees could choose from a wide range of activities.
\nThere were health stations where employees could take physical health tests and have their \u201cbody age\u201d measured. Sports activities included beach volleyball and kayak polo, as well as mountain biking, padel tennis, mindfulness, and yoga. In the specially set-up chill lounge, people could relax and recharge with refreshments.
\nWith so many activities, there was something for everyone, and no one felt pressured to participate in specific activities. The theme was physical and mental health and well-being, and it was truly brought to life on a beautiful summer day in southern Sweden. <\/p>\n

\n: VENZO EXPEDITION<\/h3>\n

Venzo was planning a company outing and a summer party for its employees\u2014but this time, it was going to be something truly special.
\nHumanic Group created \u201cThe Venzo Expedition\u201d<\/strong> at Brol\u00f8kke Manor\u2014a complete company outing with strong references to the TV show *Robinson Expedition*. With team competitions, an \u201cIsland Council,\u201d and talismans at stake, the employees were thrown into a series of challenges where strategy, ingenuity, strength, and teamwork were crucial. It wasn\u2019t just about winning\u2014it was about sticking together, thinking tactically, and getting the whole team on board if they wanted to fight their way toward the coveted trophy.
\nAs darkness fell, the event continued against a completely different backdrop. Bonfires, an exotic atmosphere, and tropical vibes set the stage for the evening\u2019s big party.
\nA live band, a DJ, and mingle games ensured high energy, lots of laughter, and new connections\u2014and, of course, the party went on until the early hours of the morning. <\/p>\n

DiSC WORKSHOP & GASTRONOMIC TEAM-BUILDING:
\nPERSONALITY TYPES & GASTRONOMY<\/h3>\n

When a department at ARLA wanted to incorporate DiSC profiles into their team development, we combined an interactive DiSC workshop with a customized culinary team-building concept\u2014 Wildlife Cooking<\/strong>.
\nWe developed the personality type profiles and conducted workshops for the group before sending the participants out into nature in teams to cook over an open fire and create their own gourmet wilderness menu.
\nAlong the way, we combined the personality types with culinary challenges, communication exercises, and team-building activities, allowing the different types to put their communication styles and behavioral preferences into practice in a fun and hands-on way. The dishes and taste challenges highlighted the differences and led to both \u201caha\u201d moments and plenty of laughter. <\/p>\n

And the food? It turned out fantastic!
\n<\/strong>At Humanic Group, we like to combine team development with active learning\u2014and in this case, with plenty of fire, teamwork, and cooking.<\/p>\n

Under the theme \u201cColorful Community<\/em>,\u201d KAB brought all employees together for a festive day featuring professional presentations, lectures, music, activities, and socializing. Humanic Group was responsible for creating the framework for a unique corporate event at Lokomotivv\u00e6rkstedet, where professional content and a festive atmosphere went hand in hand. <\/p>\n

Inside, the beautiful rooms provided the setting for the conference and communal dining at long tables. Outside, we transformed the large garden into a colorful festival grounds with zones, each in its own color. Here, participants could explore food stalls, drinks, a music stage, social games, photo booths, and creative workshops. <\/p>\n

The entertainment included a music quiz and a festive guest appearance by DJ J\u00f8rgen de Mylius, before live bands took the stage.
