As a health ambassador or company, you can draw on our experience and know-how when health needs an extra focus in your company. We can help you organize and run activities and health events that make an impression. <\/p>\n

You can, for example, start a health program by raising interest and curiosity with a health day<\/a> in your company or boost good habits with an office exercise<\/a> program. Our skilled instructors are also happy to come to your premises for company training and group training sessions<\/a>. <\/p>\n

If you need help with the physical environment, our skilled physiotherapists can visit you at the address or make an online course with an ergonomic review and guidance of your physical workstations and working conditions.<\/p>\n

What is a Health Ambassador?<\/h4>\n

The term “Health Ambassador” refers to employees and enthusiasts in the company who take care of the organization’s or department’s health activities.<\/p>\n

The health ambassador will typically be the link between management’s focus on health initiatives and employee engagement and motivation, so that the efforts are not only well-intentioned, but actually have a positive effect on both health and general well-being.<\/p>\n

When health initiatives like “Exercise at work” or other changes are initiated in an employee group, it means changing habits and behavior. And that typically means resistance or critical attitudes among either colleagues or managers. This is normal because people generally struggle with change. <\/p>\n
