\u201cYou should treat others the way you want to be treated\u201d, they say. The thing is, in practice, we all have our own unique preferences that are often nowhere near those of our colleagues. At the same time, in our working lives, we are exposed to huge amounts of information that needs to be processed and acted upon quickly.
\nOur perception and understanding of information varies widely from person to person. These variations in a team and workgroup are the source of many conflicts, communication breakdowns and misunderstandings. But fortunately, your differences are also the source of success and the foundation of a strong organization! <\/p>\n

Understanding and insight are key to team success<\/h4>\n

The key to success lies in understanding ourselves as well as the diversity of those we work with.<\/p>\n

The workshop gives you the opportunity to strengthen both self-awareness and insight into the many nuances of your team’s experiences and perceptions of ordinary everyday situations. And we will find examples of your differences in specific incidents in your own daily communication. <\/p>\n
