You’re going out and having fun. Have a good time! Often you reading this are the adventurous type. Loves fun, frolics and adrenaline-pumping experiences! That’s why you’ve been given the task of figuring out what to do at your next afterwork, team building or company party. But think about each individual in your group. There must be room for the introvert, the walking-impaired and the former top athlete. An activity that challenges everyone without making them feel uncomfortable or exposed can be extremely difficult to find. The larger the group, the harder it can be to keep an overview. But as long as everyone has a role where they feel they contribute to the overall result, you have embraced people. This means that everyone doesn’t have to be doing the same thing to be doing the same activity. Remember that people need time to chat and that it takes time for people to get into the moods that make the day memorable. Better to do one thing completely than to do a lot of things halfway. You need to look back on the day and remember the good times – and these may well be overshadowed by less good experiences. <\/p>\n
