Health Day for your business<\/h2>\n

We see a clear trend in prioritizing both time and resources to strengthen health and well-being in the workplace these years. We have more and more customers who organize health weeks in the workplace, but also single-day events like \u201chealth day\u201d have become a growing trend. Some companies choose to do it as a campaign in connection with e.g. WHO’s World Health Day<\/strong><\/a> and others in connection with Denmark’s Mental Health Day<\/strong><\/a> where Danish workplaces can also apply for funds for initiatives that support mental health and well-being in the workplace. <\/p>\n

CREATE YOUR OWN HEALTH DAY<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can put together your health day with exactly the modules and activities you want. Choose between different health tests and measurements of e.g. fitness, body fat percentage, bodyage, or blood pressure and activities such as group exercise, mindfulness, yoga or other physical activity. CREATE YOUR OWN HEALTH WEEK<\/strong><\/p>\n

As with the health day, you have the opportunity to put together the program for your health week with build-your-own modules, so you get a week adapted to your wishes. During the health week, you can also put together a program with health checks, team training, office exercise and lectures\/workshops. <\/p>\n
