Party entertainment for those of you who want something different from the usual party!

COLLEAGUE BANKO is an entertaining dinner game from the Humanic Group, in which guests must find the colleagues who match various statements and questions. It may sound simple, but laughter, surprises, and “aha” moments soon follow as guests explore each other’s stories, habits, experiences, and hidden talents.

The game combines bingo, conversation cards, and an energetic social activity that directly engages guests right at the dinner tables. It’s active party entertainment for companies that want more than a traditional stage performance—and that want to give their employees a shared experience that brings them closer together.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_column_text css=””]

Bingo with people as pieces and personal stories as the focal point

Forget about just keeping track of numbers on a bingo card. At KOLLEGABANKO, it’s all about people!

Participants are presented with a series of funny, surprising, and unusual statements. The task is to find the coworkers who match the descriptions. Some statements are about leisure time, interests, and personal experiences. Others focus on work life, professional experiences, and the professional aspects of the coworkers.

Maybe the person at the next table has run a half-marathon. Maybe a coworker never drinks coffee. Or maybe there’s a surprising area of expertise hidden away that no one had any idea about.

Along the way, there are plenty of conversations, laughs, and little “aha” moments. Suddenly, you have something new to talk about—even with colleagues you don’t usually work closely with.

In other words, KOLLEGABANKO is an interactive conversation game driven by curiosity, humor, and personal discoveries.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_column_text css=””]

Active party entertainment that strengthens the sense of community among coworkers

A great company party is about more than just good food, cold drinks, and entertainment on stage. It’s also about creating shared experiences where employees laugh together, discover new sides of each other, and strengthen relationships across the organization.

KOLLEGABANKO was created with inspiration from organizational development’s focus on psychological safety, trust, and cohesion. Through fun questions, surprising statements, and personal “aha” moments, the game sparks conversations that bring colleagues closer together—both as people and as professionals.

The idea here is to be curious about one another, find unexpected things we have in common, and discover that the colleague at the next table might have stories, interests, or talents that no one knew about. This leads to laughter, good conversation, and new connections in a relaxed and festive setting.

KOLLEGABANKO is party entertainment with a purpose:

First and foremost, we’re here to have fun—but when the party also strengthens trust, human connections, and a sense of belonging, the experience becomes even more valuable.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_column_text css=””]
